Great goals of growing your HP and RC, make sure to win some more HP delegations in Alive Chat to add more RC as well, and don't delegate RC until you have more HP.
RC keeps constantly recharging, the more HP you have, owned and delegated to you the more Max RC you have, plus also if you have any RC delegated to you as well.

I did know about RC when I started, but when I didn't have any problems with it since then, I completely forgot how it works and the importance of it. Out of sight, out of mind, as they say. I hope I'll keep remembering it now!
According to what I see now your RC is recharging after your undelegation of it, so you should not have any more issue I think.

Great, you know that undelegated RC comes back at zero, and then it recharges, and recharge time is 5 days given that it is not used, or it will take a bit longer.

I thought it was 4 days, but I think I can survive for 5 😹 And yes, I knew it comes back as "used up already" but it's currently better for meto have it back and it starts recharging, than not having it all.
