Estamos en la noche del domingo, este 24 de marzo ha transcurrido con una calma relativa. Por lo que leí, la versión más popular y extendida es la que se prepara con chocolate negro, pero hay una variante que se hace con cobertura de #chocolate blanco. En lo personal, me gusta más el uso del chocolate negro, con poca azúcar, y relativamente bajo en uso de lácteos para la mezcla. Pero, es cosa de gustos personales.
