It's Monday, a new start to the week, the first of October, in #Venezuela I have a heavy rainy climate and the sky is thundering as if announcing that a very large storm is coming, anyway, I have to run to write and share the publication before the poor electrical network leaves me without service or without an Internet signal, that would be the most common thing that can happen when it rains and since we are in the rainy season in this part of the tropics, well, it turns out that it is one thing what happens daily.
My day and its record, is the intention of this publication, which is already 934 days old since I started it due to the #COVID-19 #pandemic #Quarantine declaration, but as it goes, this has become a record of the ephemeris of the #Story of the day and my reflections on it.
Today, when reviewing among the commemorations and other similar things, I found one that although at first it seems to have nothing to do with me, it turns out that it is one that catches my attention and is related to a very dear relative of mine.
Today marks the 32nd anniversary of the reunification of the German Democratic Republic (#East Germany) and the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) after more than four decades of division. To commemorate this date, the German Unity Day is celebrated in the country. Although the situation of reunification began in November 1989 with the fall of the Berlin Wall, it was not until October 3 of 1990 that the entire process was completed, and a new historical cycle began for this European nation that had seen fragmented after the defeat of the Third Nazi Reich that had unleashed the Second World War and in its failure dragged the German nation to the bottom.

Es lunes, nuevo inicio de semana, la primera del mes de octubre, en #Venezuela tengo un fuerte clima de lluvia y el cielo está tronando como si fuera anunciando que viene una tormenta de tamaño muy grande, en fin, debo correr para escribir y compartir la publicación antes de que la deficiente red eléctrica me deje sin servicio o sin señal de Internet, eso sería lo más común que puede pasar al llover y como estamos en periodo de lluvias en esta parte del trópico, pues, resulta que es una cosa que pasa a diario.
Mi día y su registro, es la intención de esta publicación, que ya cumple sus 934 días desde que la inicie por el asunto de la declaración de la #Cuarentena de la #pandemia de #Covid19, pero ya como va, esto se ha vuelto un registro de las efemérides de la #Historia del día y mis reflexiones sobre la misma.
El día de hoy, al revisar entre las conmemoraciones y otras cosas similares, encontré una que si bien en un inicio no parece tener nada que ver conmigo, resulta que si es una que me llama la atención y tiene relación con un familiar muy querido mío.
Hoy se cumplen 32 años de la Reunificación de la República Democrática Alemana (#Alemania del este) y la República Federal Alemana (Alemania del oeste) tras más de cuatro décadas de división. Para conmemorar esa fecha se celebra en el país el Día de la Unidad Alemana. Aunque la situación de reunificación comenzó en noviembre de 1989 con la caída del Muro de Berlín, no fue hasta el 3 de octubre de 1990 que se completó todo el proceso y se dio inicio a un nuevo ciclo histórico para esta nación europea que se había visto fragmentada luego de la derrota del Tercer Reich Nazi que había desatado la Segunda Guerra Mundial y en su fracaso arrastró al fondo a la nación germana.

The reason it comes to my attention is that my much-loved younger cousin, one I practically helped raise and was by my side from the first week out of maternity, moved to Germany around 2003, when I was still relatively recently the matter of reunification and the generation of his time was still adjusting things, he almost went on an adventure, fell in love and the couple invited him to stay, and once there, he worked and built a flat to support himself, today Nowadays he is married and has a very nice son.
I see from a distance and I am very happy about his situation, today he must be celebrating with the rest of the German family and I imagine it, that makes me very happy too.
The rain is getting heavier, the electricity is already flickering, I must publish before it becomes impossible for me. I wish you well and that we can read each other again another time.

El motivo de que me llame la atención es que mi primo menor muy querido, uno que prácticamente ayudé a criar y que lo tuve a mi lado desde la primera semana de salir de la maternidad, se mudó a Alemania aproximadamente en 2003, cuando aún estaba relativamente reciente el asunto de la reunificación y la generación de su tiempo estaba aún ajustando las cosas, él se fue casi de aventura, se enamoró y la pareja le invitó a quedarse, ya una vez allá, trabajó y labró un piso par sostenerse, hoy en día está casado y tiene un hijo muy lindo.
Veo desde la distancia y me alegra mucho su situación, hoy él debe estar de celebración con el resto de la familia alemana y me lo imagino, eso me deja muy contento también.
La lluvia arrecia, la electricidad ya parpadea, debo publicar antes de que me sea imposible. Te deseo que tú estés bien y que nos podamos leer de nuevo en otra oportunidad.
