Wednesday Walk - A DESCRIPTIVE WALK

in Wednesday Walk4 years ago

Believe it or not, I actually prepared a long walk for today, with plenty of photographs taken a week ago, the last Wednesday ... but ... I'm experiencing some problems with picture uploading both on PEAKD and HIVE.BLOG ... and since I don't know if I'll have time later in the day ... I decided to publish a short, pictureless version of my today's walk to the grocery store and back.

I'm walking under the clear blue sky, surrounded by familiar buildings of my hometown and some less familiar people, because I'm spending more time with cats, dogs, insects and spiders than with humans.

I just passed the small square at the center of the old town, left behind the small church always open to visitors and the only post office in town with masked people waiting in line to pay their bills or send some mail. All masks are standard and white ... I mean, all but one ... there is a girl in black summer dress with bright red mask ... she looks pretty cool and stylish.

The street flows before my feet, winding and narrow, a car occasionally passes by ... and soon I'm in the store ... reaching for the dry cat food high on the shelf.

I did my shopping and now I decided to take a few shots of some photogenic cacti planted near the store ... you'll see these shots in one of the future walks here in this community.

And that's it ... I'm home ... feeding the cats ... as always in these walks on HIVE, the absence of photographs is in every segment made by me - THE END.

P.S. If I find the time later, and the upload happens to work, I'll publish a better post filled with photographs ... hope that two posts in one Wednesday won't be against the community rules ... not too much at least ... I mean :) this hardly can be considered as a proper Wednesday walk entry, right? ... but I just had to publish it ... is seemed like a funny little idea, some kind of innocuous Wednesday joke.
Have a great Wednesday, wherever on the planet you are .... bye.

I'm having trouble loading pictures also. This is a very amusing blog, and it also is visually evocative. Thank you.

Actually I didn't really need the photos to that narrative as I could hear your voice and see the images in my mind anyway. But I do look forward to seeing them soon anyway...

And don't worry, I think that you are spending time with the best beings anyway...

Wish I could be there with you chilling out with them aswell. 😊
