Hi there everyone, I hope that you are all well and having wonderful #WednesdayWalks all around the world!
I have missed you all you guys so much and once again, I am so grateful to @tattoodjay for creating this fabulous community for us all to share in!
I have been a bit absent of late, I'm sorry, mostly because I was flat out working, UNTIL I had a BIG BIRTHDAY walk around NSW, which started off here with a 1hour flight from Melbourne to Sydney.
So I would like to invite you to come fly with me while I take you on a brief walk around the wide variety of locations that I walked (and walked and walked and walked...) while I was there for just 4 days.
And it is such an incredible sight to see these awesome clouds for I #LoveTheClouds- from ABOVE the clouds! and there will be more of these coming soon! in that fantastic community created by @tobetada too!
So when I landed, I made my way on the train system from the airport to this gorgeous old world Train station- aptly named Museum and then off to my accommodation on the famous Oxford St in Paddington
And then the very next day, I was off and walking and made my way to the famous Bondi Beach to check it out for the first time in 35yrs!
And I walked
And walked...
And walked more.........
till it was time to go 'home'.
Because the next day, I was up and walking again, this time all the way up Oxford St till I reached the famous Paddo Markets, where I ended up meeting some beautiful people doing such great things, that I interviewed some of them to share in the Marvelous #MarketFriday Community created by @dswigle.
And I even took #Hive with me!
And everywhere I went, I shared my knowledge and love of #Hive to EVERYONE, so don't be suprised if a few new creators pop up, especially the amazing Lida from @ghanfashion!!! My gorgeous, creative and courageous new friend. Welcome aboard Hon!
And very soon I will properly introduce you all to this beautiful human being too.
Then after the market, I continued on my own walking tour of Paddington and Woollahra to see these selected sights which I will go into more detail about in a future post....
(no entry to hoomans, only Unicorns allowed here thanks! 🤣)
And somehow (not sure how...) but after all of that walking and I'm talking about tens of thousands of steps...I took myself off to a dance party by OMAR S AFTERPARTY With Ben Fester & Tangela at Liberty Hall in the Entertainment Quarter of Moore Park on my birthday eve and DANCED MY ARSE OFF without stopping from 50YRS OF AGE @10pm till 51 YEARS OF AGE @2am!😱(then hobbled home...🤣.)
(Do you guys have any idea how hard it is to take photos when your feet won't stop stomping to the beat! 🤣 )
And somehow, the next morning, I still managed to get the feet moving again to head to Circular Quay as I had booked myself on a walking (😱😳!?!?!) tour of the historical Rocks...
AND a sail on the Sydney Harbour on a replica Tall ship too!
And as we sailed in the Sydney Harbour, I saw all of these sights...
And then after the Sensational sailing on the tall ship, I walked back around the other side of Circular Quay to see the Sydney Opera House also for the first time in about 40years...
Then bought myself a Birthday Cake
As Sydney so generously lit up my candles
And then regretfully went back to my accommodation to ready myself for another full day ahead- my 4th and last in this incredible city in Hyde Park.
And then again sadly it was time to go 'home' to pack my bag for my next flight at 4.45am to Ballina for the 2nd leg of my holiday- which I will share with you all next week (because I packed a lot into that 5 days too!)
So happy that my camera and I celebrated my birthday together on this adventure without any interruptions! 🤣😂😅
And this walk today, was just a very VERY brief overview of some of the places we went to and the THOUSANDS of shots that we got, so soon, there will be many more to come!

First of all, Happy Birthday and it was a unique one, a wonderful walking tour on your special day. Yes, I had once video camera while dancing and recorded few clips of my brother and sister in-law dancing together. It was horrible heheh

Yes too long to not holiday but then there are a billion more people that die old never having a holiday, never having been anywhere so I also consider myself to be very lucky indeed.
And that's why we are all so fortunate to have each other and to have this amazing, incredible and caring global community called Hive so we can all share our holidays with each other and it doesn't matter whether you have any money or not, together we can go on holidays- even if it is only on the internet, that's still better than nothing!

Thanks hon, my first holiday anywhere (other than going home to look after my dad so my brother can have a break..) in 8 years- considering I was a world traveler...
I'm about to head off to work (I'm sooo broke now ...lol...) but have got you post open to read during my break tonight and I can't wait!

Oh no I'm the night owl and have only ever worked nights/lates.
My job now is 2.30-10.30/11pm which is perfect!
I get my best sleep from 5am to 12pm...🤣
And when I was away on holiday, I was getting up every morning between 5.30 to 8.30am and even though it was nearly killing me, I had to to go places and suck as much out of my holiday as I could. And I did...
Now I've come back to work to have a rest...🤣
Oh, I totally understand. That's the problem with holidays, you have to get up early to go and do stuff. I'm refusing to get out of bed now. Late nights and late mornings are so underrated!

Hey there @grindle and that's not even a 1/4 of the adventure either.
That was just 4 days and about 60k steps! Actually I think the dancing was about 60k steps alone...Talk about broken after that..🤣..)
I've still got another 2 1/2 weeks to show you in about 10 different locations and didn't stop!
And it wasn't just my feet that didn't stop (or the shutter buttons (yes 2 camera's running hot...), it was also my mouth that didn't stop. Didn't stop talking about Hive!
I must have pimped out Hive to about 50 people I think!
I had to come back to Melbs- back to work to have a rest from the holiday! 🤣
And now it almost feels if it never happened...😔
So lucky I've got all the photos and videos to share with you guys to relive it all though! 😃

Really appreciate it and you know, if your ever in oz, don't hesitate to hit me up for somewhere to stay- there's always a room here for you (and it even has a bed in it too!
