It is not a very common fruit, I think. I also saw it for the first time here in Spain. If you like apricots, but a mixture of sweet and sour... that is how loquat tastes... well, similar to that.
And I am glad you saw now this fruit. If you ever see it in real life, you will maybe remember this hive post 😇
