The rain has brought you such a beautful spring, popping out everywhere. the Arum Lily is what we call a Calla Lilly here, they are so gorgeous in your garden. Insects come with the territory and the millipedes are not my favorite, I don't think I have ever seen a red one, but, they do roll up nicely don't they?
Oh, spring is in the air and I am so happy to see it showering down in flowers and nature (in general) upon South Africa!
Thank you for the loveliness!
Calla/Arum lily close to ponds in the wild make a beautiful sight, don't see them as often as we used to.
Millipede is on almost every continent, great at recycling old vegetation on the ground, USA has 1400 species of the 7000 estimated worldwide. Children do enjoy making them curl up to protect themselves, especially the large black ones.
Flowers have been smiling this year with rain arriving on time everything pops into life, have a wonderful day and thanks for visiting leaving a kind comment.
