Knowing that Turkish warriors carry coffee beans with them, and because of their ability to give tireless strength and speed, as well as take away the desire to sleep.

After the battle, Yuriy Kulchytsky chose bags of unknown black grain as a reward for the liberation of Vienna. Enterprising Yuriy Kulchytsky made a drink from black grain, treated people on the street and even opened the first coffee shop in Europe. People did not immediately like the new drink. Friends and guests of the first Viennese coffee shop did not like the bitter, black coffee.
It was only by coincidence that sugar, spices, and later milk were added to coffee. This is how the famous Viennese coffee appeared.

And some 30 years ago, the largest bookstore in Lviv worked at this place. I studied not far away and often came here to get new books for studying. Maybe that's why books and rare table lamps are arranged in a designer way in the coffee shop above the coffee mine. Beautiful cozy design. А ще якихось 30 років тому на цьому місці працювала найбільша книгарня у Львові. Я вчилася недалеко і часто приходила сюди по нові книги для навчання. Можливо тому в кав'ярні над копальнею кави по-дизайнерськи розташовані книги і раритетні настільні лампи. Красивий затишний дизайн. В мене були присутні відчуття, що ми вдома і зараз я буду куштувати каву зачитуючись в одній з цих книг.
А ще я пригадала, як після того, як допити свою каву, я перевернула горнятко на блюдце. Бажаючи знати майбутнє я вбачаю в темних фусах кави якісь знайомі картинки. Сьогодні передбачення пророкує нам відвідини кавової шахти і це справді реально.

Але його цікавість перемогла страх і ми продовжили нашу прогулянку до кавової шахти.

Brick walls are characterized by a later type of construction. There were several brick factories in Lviv that produced bricks, and the quality was confirmed by an embossed stamp on each brick.

Вірите в легенду чи ні, але запах кави манить мене йти вперед, оминаючи криницю, шахтарів з кірками.

Це створювався авторський напій копальні кави. Цукор, який ми звикли споживати в середині напою тут карамелізувався на поверхні чашки. Я ще такого не бачила і це справді вражаючи видовище.

Отож, сьогодні я вам розповіла, що саме Юрій Кульчицький навчив пити каву Відень і всю Європу, Він походить з Львова і тому ми поважаємо його, і продовжуємо любити готувати, і споживати хапашну чорну каву. Для цього створена така цікава локація Копальня кави, яка знаходиться у Львові і має кілька рівнів. На верхніх рівнях знаходиться неймовірна кав'ярня, сувенірний магазин і концертна зала. Масштаби вас точно можуть вразити. Спускаючись в підвальне приміщення ми можемо потрапити у вигадане і в той же час реально цікаве місце. Максим стійко і сміливо витримав весь час у підземеллі. Діти часто не комфортно почуваються в темних приміщеннях. Тоді їм потрібна підтримка дорослого: "я з тобою поруч, я тримаю тебе за руку, ти в безпеці". Сподіваюся, що сьогоднішня моя прогулянка вас порадувала. В моєму місті є ще дуже багато цікавих локації, тому до зустрічі знову!

I think Kulchytsky is something of a legend or hero in Vienna for discovering black coffee and introducing it to the European people. I haven't tasted black coffee but from what you describe I surmise it must have a very pleasant taste, and everyone who enjoys it owe some thanks to the man who discovered and popularised it on the European continent.
