Armenian style BBQ

Me and my wife tried to cook a famous armenian dish.

Very famous in all the the central asian countries as well as in Russia shashlik is normally prepared with lamb, but any kind of meat is actually ok.

It is supposed to be served on a stick like a shis kebab but the main part of this dish is its marination.

The marination is overnight, with a lot of minced onion, mineral water with salt, laurel and other spices.

We removed the marination just a second before put the meat on the fire.
The meat get so tender and juicy that is really a feast in your mouth!
