Here we are again, new day of quarantine, apparently we are at the end of this lockdown, and a new BBQ to enjoy life during this tough time.
This time is pure meat, so if you are vegetarian this is not the post for you, and I'm sorry.

The menu was, 8 sausages, 6 slices of black pork, 3 slices of picanha, 1 piece of beef cutlet.
Everything was marinated with, dry garlic powder, dry parsley and coriander, mixed mexican spicy, balck pepper, salt, lemon and extra virgin olive oil, for 3 hours.
As usual to try to give an extra fumè flavour I added a tree trunk.

My wife love this kind of flavour, and i tried to create as much smoke as possible for her.
