[ESP/ENG] Charla introductoria al ecosistem hive / Introductory talk on the hive ecosystem/ Fundación Artes escenicas Brasil/ Cumaná
Saludos habitantes, visitantes y merodeadores de este nuestro espacio de encuentro dentro de la web3, en #lacasitahive nos encontramos felices porque el día de hoy estamos reincorporándonos a las charlas de introducción al ecosistema #hive, las cuales habíamos detenido debido al incidente ocurrido en días pasados, de a poco nos hemos estado levantando y aunque aún no hemos podido reponer los equipos perdidos las ganas de seguir trabajando están intactas.
Hoy por fin pudimos iniciar las charlas en la Fundación cultural Artes escénicas Brasil, ubicado en la urbanización Brasil de la ciudad de Cumaná Estado Sucre-Venezuela, este ya era un compromiso pautado con anterioridad y que hoy por fin dimos inicio con un conversatorio de introducción al ecosistema, en un primer día trabajamos con quienes tienen responsabilidad de dirección en la fundación.
En esta actividad pudimos contar con su Director Ubencio Jiménez, para los que no lo saben esta es una institución que como su nombre lo indica está dedicada a la difusión de la cultura, a través de la danza y el teatro y que además goza de mucho prestigio en la ciudad de Cumaná, Estado Sucre-Venezuela, ya que en ella hacen vida muchos cultores populares de nuestro estado.
Llevar nuestro ecosistema a esta institución nos parece un movimiento estratégico, primero por la gran cantidad de personas que hacen vida en ese lugar, estamos hablando de que su personal se compone aproximadamente de 40 personas, a esto le sumamos los padres de los niños que realizan actividades y que son parte de esta fundación, en la actualidad son más de 70 niños que integran esta institución en sus diferentes disciplinas, canto, baile, teatro, manualidades, entre otras, y, por otro lado, está el factor exponencial que está presente en este grupo.
Al llegar a la institución fuimos recibidos de manera muy amena y cordial, nos brindaron un delicioso café que no podía faltar en nuestra cita, para luego dar inicio a nuestra charla, en la que además de presentarles a #hive a los presentes, les dimos una breve explicación de cómo nace y de como ha ido evolucionando el ecosistema, también les hablamos de la evolución de la web desde el nacimiento del internet hasta llegar a lo que se conoce hoy en día como la web 3.0.
Nos pareció propicio presentarles a hive como esa ventana para mostrar al mundo entero todo el trabajo que se realiza en esa fundación tan maravillosa que le lleva a los pequeños y no tan pequeños todo lo relacionado en materia cultural, el personal asistente se mostró bien interesado y podremos contar con ellos para el día de mañana en nuestro segundo día de charla, donde hablaremos ya netamente de nuestro ecosistema y de como dar los primeros pasos en él.
Hoy fue una experiencia maravillosa que marca nuestro regreso al trabajo que veníamos realizando, con el fin único de lograr la masificación del ecosistema hive en todo nuestro estado Sucre-Venezuela, hoy más que nunca sentimos la necesidad de trabajar en pro de nuestra blockchain.
Estamos seguros de que como equipo podremos lograr grandes cosas para nuestro ecosistema, el próximo fin de semana estaremos cumpliendo compromisos en otros municipios del estado Sucre-Venezuela, específicamente en la ciudad de Carúpano, que es la segunda ciudad más grande dentro de los quince municipios que tiene nuestro estado #Sucre y posteriormente estaremos en otros dos municipios aledaños, dónde ya hemos pautado las charlas, sabemos y estamos conscientes que no es un trabajo fácil por la falta de apoyo, pero con el esfuerzo de todos en el equipo saldremos adelante.

Today we were finally able to start the talks in the cultural foundation Artes escénicas Brasil, located in the urbanisation of Brasil in the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela. This was a previously scheduled commitment and today we finally started with an introductory talk to the ecosystem, on the first day, today we worked with those who have management responsibility in the foundation.
In this activity we could count on its Director Ubencio Jiménez, for those who do not know this is an institution that as its name indicates it is dedicated to the diffusion of the culture, through the dance and the theatre and that in addition enjoys much prestige in the city of Cumaná, State Sucre-Venezuela, since in it many popular cultores of our state make life.
Taking our ecosystem to this institution seems to us to be a strategic move, firstly because of the large number of people who make life in this place, we are talking about a staff of approximately 40 people, to this we add the parents of the children who carry out activities and who are part of this foundation, currently there are more than 70 children who make up this institution in its different disciplines, singing, dancing, theatre, crafts, among others, and, on the other hand, there is the exponential factor that is present in this group.
Upon arrival at the institution we were received in a very friendly and cordial manner, we were offered a delicious coffee that could not miss our appointment, and then we started our talk, in which in addition to introducing #hive to those present, we gave a brief explanation of how it was born and how the ecosystem has evolved, we also talked about the evolution of the web from the birth of the internet to what is known today as web 3.0.
It seemed appropriate to present hive as a window to show the whole world all the work that is done in this wonderful foundation that brings to the small and not so small everything related to cultural matters, the staff was very interested and we can count on them for tomorrow on our second day of talk, where we will talk about our ecosystem and how to take the first steps in it.
Today was a wonderful experience that marks our return to the work we had been doing, with the sole purpose of achieving the massification of the hive ecosystem throughout our state of Sucre-Venezuela, today more than ever we feel the need to work for our blockchain.
We are sure that as a team we can achieve great things for our ecosystem, next weekend we will be fulfilling commitments in other municipalities of the state of Sucre-Venezuela, specifically in the city of Carúpano, which is the second largest city within the fifteen municipalities of our state #Sucre and later we will be in two other surrounding municipalities, where we have already scheduled the talks, we know and we are aware that it is not an easy job because of the lack of support, but with the effort of everyone in the team we will move forward.
