Hello everybody! How are you? It is a pleasure to be here again and to greet you. Today, we want to share our first cartoon drawing, inspired by my husband. A few days ago it was Father's Day here in Venezuela and we decided to make a congratulation card with a drawing of him, after Father's Day my daughter @elienmipds told me about a blog @cafeconleche that she followed, when we saw their beautiful illustrations and as they have grown, we thought about digitizing our drawing, and thus started our experience in this world, we are very excited to share it with you. I hope you like it.
¡Hola a todo el mundo! ¿Cómo están? Es un placer estar de nuevo por aquí y saludarles. Hoy, nosotras queremos compartir nuestro primer dibujo cartoon, inspirado en mi esposo. Hace un parte de días fue el día del padre aquí en Venezuela y decidimos hacer una tarjeta de felicitaciones con un dibujo de él, luego mi hija @elienmipds me comento sobre un blog @cafeconleche que ella seguía, cuando nosotras vimos sus hermosas ilustraciones y como han crecido, pensamos en digitalizar nuestro dibujo, y así empezó nuestra experiencia en este mundo, estamos muy emocionadas de compartirlo con ustedes. Espero les guste.
Steps:
Pasos:
1- We made the sketch of the drawing.
1- Hicimos el boceto del dibujo.
2- We traced the drawing in Photoshop.
2- Hicimos el trazado del dibujo en Photoshop.
3- We added the base colors and made details of the shirt, strap, pants, shoes,bean, hear, eyesbrows, mustaches, mouth and eyes .
3- Agregamos los colores base e hicimos detalles de la camisa, correa, pantalón, zapatos, frijol, cabello, cejas, bigotes, boca y ojos.
4- Then we add shadow and light to the entire body.
4- Luego añadimos sombra y luz a todo el cuerpo.
5- And to finish we add a shadow in the background to highlight the illustration.
5- Y para finalizar agregamos una sombra en el fondo para resaltar la ilustración.
In this drawing we made the modification of Father's Day by the character grabbing a bean, because he likes to plant and every time he gets something from the crop he is very excited.
En este dibujo hicimos la modificación del día del padre por el personaje agarrando un grano de frijol, debido a que a él le gusta las siembras y cada vez que obtiene algo del cultivo se emociona muchísimo.
To create this cartoon drawing we used Photoshop CS5, an HP Desk Ink Advantage 3525 printer and an HP computer.
Para la creación de este dibujo cartoon utilizamos Photoshop CS5, una impresora HP Desk Ink Advantage 3525 y una computadora HP.
