Last painting of the year.. has to be a sunset 😊
Started with sketch of this small tree house
Was enjoying the process so forgot to take the pics in between. Sun is paper white, Hansa yellow and yellow gold and orange for the sky.. far trees a mix of ultramarine and burnt sienna.. green splatter and dropping scrubbing lot of effects to make the near ones
Finally the tree and the treehouse .. the branches of tree became a bit too thick..
Added orange highlights to show the shimmer from sunshine.

So this is painting no 145 for the year. My target was 150. Didn't miss by much but then there is always another year to reach it.
Next year too I don't plan to touch 150.. keeping my target to 100 and planning to spend more time on quality of work. Better my drawing 👍
