Saludos amigas y amigos, primeramente quiero agradecer a todas las personas que me han apoyado y visualizado mi trabajo, estoy acá por ustedes y seguiré compartiendo parte de este hermoso proceso que realizo con entrega y pasión. De esa manera, el día de hoy quiero socializar con ustedes un mural realizado para un reconocido restaurante de comida típica regional ubicado en la ciudad de Yaritagua estado Yaracuy. Por su parte, el dueño de ese establecimiento me contrató para ornamentar su negocio con elementos alegóricos al estado Zulia, ya que en dicho comercio venden comidas regionales de este popular estado venezolano que tiene una importante particularidad debido a sus costumbres e identidad.
Greetings friends, first of all I want to thank all the people who have supported me and visualized my work, I am here for you and I will continue to share part of this beautiful process that I carry out with dedication and passion. In this way, today I want to socialize with you a mural made for a recognized typical regional food restaurant located in the city of Yaritagua, Yaracuy state. For his part, the owner of that establishment hired me to decorate his business with elements allegorical to the state of Zulia, since in this shop they sell regional foods from this popular Venezuelan state that has an important particularity due to its customs and identity.
So, the head of the restaurant told me that he wanted at the back of the space, a mural by the Venezuelan artist Oscar Olivares, where he would capture his work "Bridge over Lake Maracaibo." Thus, it is important to note that Olivares is a great visual artist, illustrator and his works have been exhibited in much of Venezuela and the world. In this sense, the owner indicated that he wanted to place some allegorical images to that region by the artist Reinaldo Véliz, where he would capture the work "A princess called Zulia" and in turn other designs of his work. Likewise, Veliz is a renowned Venezuelan artist, specialized teacher in painting, graduated in Fine Arts and for me it was a challenge to re-interpret the work of these two great artists for this department.
Así pues, el jefe del restaurante me indicó que quería en el fondo del espacio, un mural del artista Venezolano Oscar Olivares, donde plasmaría su obra “Puente sobre el lago de Maracaibo”. De esa forma, es importante señalar que Olivares es un gran artista visual, Ilustrador y sus obras ha sido expuesta en gran parte de Venezuela y el mundo. En ese sentido, el propietario señaló que quería colocar unas imágenes alegóricas a esa región, del artista Reinaldo Véliz, donde plasmaría la obra “Una princesa llamada Zulia” y a su vez otros diseños de su trabajo. Así mismo, Veliz es un reconocido artista venezolano, profesor especializado en pintura, licenciado en Bellas Artes y para mi fue un reto re-interpretar el trabajo de estos dos grandes artistas para esta dependencia.

In this way, I documented what I was going to do in said space, I designed the proposal for the mural that would be reflected in the two walls of the establishment and I configured the main image "Bridge over Lake Maracaibo" in the background of the establishment with a measure of 150 cm high by 300 cm wide. In this way, I projected the other images of Veliz in the form of a triplicate, measuring 90 cm high by 80 cm wide. Therefore, once both ideas were captured, I proceeded to paint with rubber-based paints and using tools such as a brush and brushes to create the different volumes that both works had. It should be noted that I used warm colors and a sequence of cold colors to generate dynamism in both compositions, using flat colors to generate dynamism and volumes in both compositions.
De ese modo, documenté lo que iba a realizar en dicho espacio, diseñé la propuesta del mural que se plasmaría en las dos paredes del establecimiento y configuré la imagen principal “Puente sobre el lago de Maracaibo” en el fondo del establecimiento con una medida de 150 cm de alto por 300 cm de ancho. De ese modo, proyecté las otras imágenes de Veliz en forma de triplico, con medidas de 90 cm de alto por 80cm de ancho. Por consiguiente, una vez plasmada ambas ideas procedí a pintar con pinturas en base de caucho y utilizando herramientas como pincel y brochas para crear los diferentes volúmenes que ambas obras tenia. Cabe resaltar, que utilicé colores cálidos y secuencia de colores fríos para generar dinamismo en ambas composiciones, usando colores planos para generar dinamismo y volúmenes en ambas composiciones.
To comply with the result, it was a hard work of 3 days where I was building the visual image of the business, through bright colors that established the identity of the establishment, generating satisfaction for the people who saw the whole process, due to the evolution of the work that was taking that space. In this sense, I hope you have liked this work that I do with great affection, where I was able to enjoy this pleasant experience, I want to express that for me it is a pleasure to continue sharing with this great community the work that is carried out from Venezuela to the world. Para cumplir con el resultado, fue un arduo trabajo de 3 días donde fui construyendo la imagen visual del negocio, por medio de colores llamativos que establecieran la identidad del establecimiento, generando una satisfacción para las personas que vieron todo el proceso, debido a la evolución de la obra que fue tomando dicho espacio. En tal sentido, espero que les haya gustado este trabajo que realicé con mucho cariño, donde pude disfrutar de esta grata experiencia, quiero expresar que para mi es un placer seguir compartiendo con esta gran comunidad el trabajo que se realiza desde Venezuela para el mundo. Gracias a todas esas personas por su apoyo, seguiremos haciendo arte para todas y todos.
