Lord Shiba is worshipped across the world by the Hindus.
He is one from the Hindu Trinity(Trimurti).He is also known as the Destroyer among the Trinity.He is also known as Shankara, Shambu, Maheswara, Lingaraja, Adiyogi.

I love your religious art, however, I don't know what the mudras mean or other symbolic things mean, like the two animals, the posture of the deities, why so many arms, what is Lord Shiba holding in his hands, is that a snake wrapped around Parbat's foot?

In this art, Goddess Parbati is trying to call out Lord Shiba to come out of the Meditation as it's their wedding anniversary(Shiba Ratri).
Lord Shiba is holding a deer in one hand,A trident(Trishula) in one hand, Blessing mudra in one hand and another is in Bhumi sparsa mudra.
The deer in the hand symbolises that Lord Shiba has removed the inconsistency of mind. A deer is usually seen quickly jumping from one place to another. Exactly like that, controlling our mind is very difficult as many thoughts come to our mind every second or minute. The Lord Shiba is known as Adiyogi. He has control over his mind and he meditates.
The two animals are the vehicles or carriers of the Lord Shiba and Parbati.
The thing you see wrapped around Parbati's foot is Anklet. Usually in Odisha Females wear Silver anklets.
