C'mon, Enrique! You've got to be faster than that if you want to perform a Turing test! Alan Turing himself was known to talk at close to 140 words per minute. Wait... is that a lot? Depends on the words I guess. If it's "Give it away, give it away, give it away now. Give it away, give it away, give it away now." That's probably like 200 words per minute. Anyway, the point is, step up, dude!
I'm ahead of schedule again, as a result of being currently homeless. This Java was drawn and uploaded on Tuesday from the Atherton library in Menlo Park. Home of Meta University, which I guess is Mark Zuckerberg's training facility for employees? I actually saw a bus driving around that said "Meta University" on it and immediately assumed it was full of teens with super powers. By the time this strip goes live on Thursday, I will be starting a new sit in Redwood City for four days. Then I have to make a mad sprint the following Monday to Santa Barbara to take care of a dog and two cats.
It's a hectic life being a full-time nomadic pet-sitter and cartoonist. Hey, maybe I should start doing standup comedy, too. Just to have it on my resume. I think I could set a record for having the most "broke guy" professions.

I can't remember if I read the Java origin story before, but it's a nice one. He is out there somewhere.

Hive has been great for me as a cartoonist. But in the rest of the world, cartoonists are like writers, actors, and artists. A few make the big bucks and the rest of us "live in a van, down by the river!"
Just be sure not to let any other cartoonists know about Hive! 🤣

Man, I wish there were more cartoonists here. This is the perfect platform for creators, but I haven't had much luck with recruitment. There used to be more, but the comic channel has been pretty quiet.
