This is a project I'm currently working on. It will be a complex with a hotel, apartments and services. The project is quite large, so I suppose it will take about two years before they dig the first hole in the ground. Now it's at an early concept stage, so there's not much detail, but I'm working on it. ;)
I like the amount of greenery I can see :) Are there going to be community gardens or are those green spaces all going to be decorative?
They will have a decorative character. And they are quite important for the project. We try to make the greenery as much as possible.
