Writing my memoir will take five to seven years.

@laurabell showed us this amazing insight and journey through a thought process. We loved everything and look forward to new chapters.
The art inside of me isn't something that I can control. I am writing on this platform because I believe web 3.0 is the way of the future, I can sense it.
As a child, I felt as if I was a sponge soaking up my environment for all it was worth. And there is value inside the darker experiences. I searching for joy in my journey now. It's such a beautiful transition.

Shooting Expired 35mm Film in the Snowy Countryside of Essex, England
Image property of @namiks
@namiks always has something interesting to offer and this amazing post is no different. Enjoy the 35mm film photography and the experience.
A few years ago I was given expired 35mm stock as a gift, I was given several rolls of Kodak Pro Image 100 for the most part, a film stock I had heard of but hadn't actually used before. I also had never even shot expired film stock before! So the experience was one I was excited for, but ultimately was met with a plethora of hurdles.
When it comes to shooting film, I have a ridiculous standard for myself. I love composition, I love lighting -- two things that stem from my work in the film industry, as well as passion for arthouse cinema and films shot on the 35mm film format -- and these two aspects of photography constantly play in my mind as I roam environments with a camera.

When You're Sick of Everyone's Voice, Including Your Own

“I wrote because I couldn't help it.” - This is how @winstonalden sums up the need to create combined with the urge to be quiet and alone. Any additional description will take away the force of this article, so we’ll leave you to it. Have fun!
I'm surrounded by words all day long. So many people talking. People talking so much. And then you try to find a moment of peace on a train or a subway platform, and someone's watching a crime drama on their phone without headphones, or a businessman is barking through a deal that just can't wait, or that big-haired big-mouthed lady is having another one sided conversation about every last member of her family with a seat mate who barely utters a word.
I don't listen to music to hear music anymore but to drown out the voices of others. There's a white noise app that works pretty good but I might be jacking it up so high it's damaging my hearing.
I'm aware how self-indulgent this all sounds. And that's why I'm sick of writing in the first person. I've kept a lot of blogs over the years, not to mention a huge four-drawer file cabinet of journals and notes (since digitized and thrown away) and I don't like going back and reading them. Who the fuck was this asshole and why did he spend so much time scribbling and typing?

Mommy's Mental Health : Chapter 4 - Valentines-Schmalentines

Is it ok to laugh so hard with @clairemobey and the way she describes the love adventures in her life? Well, this was one interesting look at Valentine and what can happen to the best of us.
Valentines day is the most dreaded day ever for those of us who are romantically alone, or really just hate it for it's commercialism (translated, that means you're probably single and miserable🤣) and I know this all too well.
I started a little tradition with all of my beloved and totally dorky socially awkward friends, and every year, we started writing "Be my Valentines" cards to each other and we'd buy each other chocolates and you know what? We totally beat the system.
"Why haven't you proposed yet?"
And his simple response was:

WHAT IS THE MOVIE ABOUT?
I'LL TELL YOU QUICKLY AND WITHOUT SPOILERS, IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET!This unexpected moment puts our protagonist against the wall with a difficult decision to share this great discovery or share it with a stranger whom he does not trust, especially in a world that is ruled by bloodthirsty wolves.
MY SPOILER-FREE OPINION.
Survival-themed films are attractive to me because they push their actors to the limit so that they manage to transmit through their characters extreme, deadly and uncomfortable situations that make the viewer not want to look away from the screen and feel it in the flesh, making his imagination the one who generates those emotions, sensations and legitimate despair.
