Dear chess fans,
yesterday the sixth round of S16 "Untitled" was played. It was a 5+0 arena tournament with 19 players. Welcome back @vaipraonde, @pokermaria, @darruiz and @pravesh0 to Hivechess!
@lucianosky (Pavarotty) was again the winner like in the last 3 rounds, but this time with only a 2 point lead to the - again - runner-up @pamboy27! What a streak! One more win and the all time streak of @jaki01 (5 wins in a row) is reached!
The third place went again to @rosmarly with a solid performance, followed by @schamangerbert as 4th and @pravesh0 as 5th! Congrats to All!
This time the pairing sucked extremely (for me). I had to play not less than 4 times @lucianosky and 2 times @pamboy27. And when I finally was able to beat @lucianosky, the clock was over and the game didn´t count anymore! Others ranked higher than me, had an average opponent rating of up to 400 points lower than mine - completely ridiculous. We will definitely play Swiss tournaments more often in the future!
