Today, after a light cleaning with the visiting nurse, I decorated my painting.
I bought various hooks in preparation for this day.
The small round hook on the left in the bottom photo is a plasterboard hook with three thin nails crossed over each other to hold it firmly in place, without any noticeable pull-out marks. With a load capacity of 7 kg, it seems to be able to hang a picture frame. However, it was quite difficult to cross the nails and stick them in.
The large hook on the right side of the bottom photo is a 3M product called Command Hook. The adhesive tabs hold the hooks firmly in place, and they can be removed cleanly. There are various sizes of hooks, and the one in the photo has a load capacity of 2.4 kg. The one in the photo has a load capacity of 2.4 kg. It can hang wooden panels up to about size 6.
I used all of them, so I couldn't take pictures, but the hooks that are attached by heating with a special adhesive are good for both plank walls and plasterboards. It has a load capacity of about 5 kg. However, you have to be careful not to burn yourself and not to melt the hooks. After gluing, it comes off cleanly. I was afraid of fire, so I had a home care nurse do it for me.
Decorating with pictures makes the house more comfortable.

今日は訪問看護師さんと一緒に軽く掃除をした後、私の絵を飾りました。
この日に備えて色々なフックを買っておきました。
一番下の写真の、左側の小さな丸いフックは、石膏ボード用フックです。3本の細い釘をクロスさせてしっかり固定させ、抜き跡も目立たないというものです。耐荷重7kgですから、額縁も吊れそうですね。ただし釘をクロスさせて刺すというのが結構難しかったです。
それから一番下の写真の右側の大きなフックは、コマンドフックという3M社の製品です。粘着タブで強くしっかり固定して、キレイにはがせるというものです。色々なサイズのフックがあって、写真のものは耐荷重2.4kgです。だいたい6号ぐらいまでの木製パネルが掛けられます。
あと全部使ったので写真には撮れませんでしたが、特殊な接着剤で熱であぶってつけるフックが板壁にも石膏ボードにも使えてよかったです。耐荷重も5kgくらいありますし。ただしやけどと、フックを溶かさないように気をつけなければなりません。接着したあとはキレイに取れます。私は火が怖くてできなかったので、訪問看護師さんにやってもらいました。
絵を飾ると家の居心地もよくなります。
素敵！自宅がアートギャラリーになるのは気持ちがいいですよね。窓のガラスがすごくかわいいデザインで絵とマッチしていていい感じです。
