Saludos, querida comunidad de Hive,Shingeki No Kyojin o también conocido como Attack on Titan en su historia nos traslada a un mundo en el que la humanidad estuvo a punto de ser exterminada cientos de años atrás por los Titanes. Los Titanes son seres enormes, parecen no ser inteligentes y devoran humanos. Una pequeña parte de la humanidad ha conseguido sobrevivir protegiéndose con unos altísimos muros, más altos que el mayor de los Titanes. La ciudad vive su vida tranquila, y hace más de 100 años que ningún Titan aparece por allí. Eren y Mikasa son todavía unos adolescentes cuando ven algo horroroso: un Titan mucho mayor que todos los que la humanidad había conocido hasta el momento está destruyendo los muros de la ciudad, en ese momento la humanidad volverá a recordar el terror. Manga creado por Hajime Isayama cuya adaptación estuvo a cargo el estudio Wit y posteriormente Mappa, empezando su transmisión en abril del 2013 y finalizando en noviembre del 2023.
Fue uno de esos animes que cuando salió me encanto y me maravillo, y fue una sorpresa cuando pasamos de solo proteger a la humanidad en contra de los titanes a una historia de odio entre varios pueblos del mundo, Eren en verdad esperaba que el mundo fuera de las murallas fuese justo como lo vio en los libros que contemplaba junto a Armin, pero al llegar el momento y verlo con sus propios ojos quedo decepcionado de que hubiera personas más allá y las cuales tuvieran un odio infundado desde hace siglos, he de admitir que no podía contener la emoción y la expectativa sobre este capítulo final que me tenía esperando durante meses, aun cuando ya había leído el manga y me pareció un poco extraño y casi no le preste atención, no porque no me gustará la serie sino porque con lo bien adaptado que venía el anime pensaba que verlo animado sería algo sublime y así fue, la casa animadora Mappa hizo un magnífico trabajo luego de que el estudio anterior dejará de ser la encargada de su producción.

Desde el inicio del capítulo la animación tiene buena calidad y el soundtrack utilizado fue simplemente hermoso, en especial la canción del final que es interpretada por Linked Horizon y simplemente es una pieza musical que va acorde a los sentimientos que la obra quiere transmitir y que incluso se ve conectada la letra con la historia.
From the beginning of the chapter the animation has good quality and the soundtrack used was simply beautiful, especially the song at the end that is performed by Linked Horizon and it is simply a piece of music that goes according to the feelings that the work wants to convey and even the lyrics are connected to the story.
Esta parte final del anime simplemente deja sentimientos encontrados, por su parte debo de admitir que me gusto el final, pues es lo más lógico de que pasara, aunque esta es solo mi opinión, ya que el fandom anda muy dividido discutiendo sobre el final y lo califican como el peor, aunque debido a como sucedieron los acontecimientos después de las últimas temporadas es obvio pensar que tuvo que tener un final un tanto amargo, le quitaría lo bueno a la obra si solo le das un final feliz a todos los personajes cuando desde el principio siempre ha sido fatalista, los simbolismos de la serie están ahí presentes y es trabajo del espectador ver cada detalle para llegar a entender la obra en su totalidad.

El autor Isayama nos plantea un escenario de guerras en donde cierto pueblo es perseguido y odiado por crímenes que sucedieron hace mucho y que no pueden olvidar, ya que se impulsan por el miedo, así como resaltan que la humanidad es cobarde y suele sumirse en él; odio, miedo, desesperanza y una mezcla de sentimientos que los puede orillar a cometer actos atroces solo impulsados por el convencimiento de que si no hacen algo en contra de los que consideran su enemigo estos terminaran atacándolos, rompiendo así el equilibrio y la paz.
Shingeky No Kyojin es una crítica social que tiene aspectos psicológicos presentes desde el inicio de la humanidad, como la conocemos hoy en día, que a su vez terminan generando guerras, las cuales toman un ciclo que podría decirse sin fin, Eren al poseer el poder del titán fundador tuvo la experiencia de presenciar o sentir el pasado/presente y futuro al mismo tiempo lo cual lo dejaba un poco confundido y agobiado sobre lo que tenía que hacer. Tuvieron que pasar 10 años para que terminara esta obra y fue sin lugar a dudas una de las piezas audiovisuales de la animación con una complejidad y cuidado del detalle que se ganó el corazón de millones.

La razón por la que yo le di una oportunidad a esta serie por allá en el 2012 fue el arte y es que tiene una fuerte influencia a emblema de fuego y no, n me refiero a estos FE que salieron en switch y 3ds que se desvirtuo completamente. The Fire emblem games especially the GBA versions captivated me and gave me hours and hours of fun, and as for the design of medieval fantasy was something very polished and nice to see in many scenarios that gave us fun and suffering when trying to pass the level without losing any hero.

MAPPA has undoubtedly done a very good job since taking on the project. The ending of SNK was not at all easy to animate and they have done it brilliantly and quite faithful to the manga.
I will miss this story, I've been watching it since the first season premiered and no doubt it has marked many fans of this work. It has deeper themes than just the battle against the titans and that gave more value to the work, like everything you mention.
Buhito you are absolutely right, I started watching it just when it came out and it left me marked, every little aspect of that first season and the following ones became simply splendid. When the real main story of the war was revealed, I was in shock, but with more questions than answers. And with this ending I was left with a feeling of emptiness that still makes me shudder.
