The Writer

This is one of of the paintings that just flowed out of me ^^
I love that state of being, the real flow, when I'm just playing, without a plan, without thinking, just painting.
And suddenly there is that weird looking guy who has letters flowing out of his arms ^^
They look quite heavy, don't they?

I sometimes wonder where those paintings come from and how much they have to do with me and my life ... It's the same with dreams actually.

I only listed two of the three editions because I would like to gift one to @vincentnijman, because he is a writer and one of my best Hive-friends <3
But only if he likes it! I don't want to gift an artwork to someone who maybe doesn't want to have it in his collection ^^

i am sure he likes it! It makes me want to start drawing...I tried once for a few weeks and made a ton of progress which i thought impossible

Yeah, you should! If only just for relaxing. I love just letting my pen flow and do what it wants. Sometimes the best paintings come out of a state like this ^^ Or sometimes I get inspiration for bigger paintings or special characters and shapes that I want to explore further :)

Really cute! I love entering the flow - when poetry just takes shape from the void, and it's like I have total connection to source. Your letter armed creature is like the poet that drips letters from tongue and fingers.

I do not like this, I love it! It is amazing! It puts a huge smile on my face. This (guy) is so me! The only difference is my belly, it is not that round but man... I just want to hug this fellow if I see him and take some weight off his arms and shoulders.
