Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I present to you an unconventional watercolor painting, it is a marine subject with boats and a full moon. Unusual for my painting technique because I used dark colors, especially Payne's gray, Van Dick brown and black.

I tried to create a melancholy and dreamlike atmosphere at the same time, leaving many areas as white as the big full moon. Cosmic space and real space merge around the lonely and dark boats, symbol of the transience of existence.

Abstraction and realism come together in a single image.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi vi presento un dipinto ad acquarello fuori dagli schemi, si tratta di un soggetto marino con barche e una luna piena. Inusuale per la mia tecnica pittorica perchè ho usato i colori scuri, soprattutto il grigio di Payne, il bruno Van Dick e il nero.

Ho cercato di creare un atmosfera malinconica e onirica allo stesso tempo, lasciando molte zone bianche come la grande luna piena. Lo spazio cosmico e lo spazio reale si fondono intorno alle barche solitarie e scure, simbolo della caducità dell'esistenza. Astrazione e realismo si fondono in un unica immagine.
