I was waiting to see that beauty, not just the painting but Iris!!! I can't believe what a beautiful cat! I was dazzled, and then there was the painting in honour of the goddess Bastet. When I studied Egyptian culture, which you know I love, she was always my favourite goddess, because she represented cats, fertility and femininity.
Your painting is a true tribute to that entire culture, but also to Iris and, of course, to you, and for that reason, happy birthday! I wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful time with your family! Big hug!🤗

Don't worry!!! I have two cats. Tony is grey, he's a mixed breed, not purebred, and Cata is a black Siamese. Her mum was black and her dad was Siamese. They're my babies!
