So apparently it has been 3 days since I was last alive here again. I fully intended on being here today buttt exhaustion had other plans ;;w;; I have been hibernating again and now I think I'm pretty alive again but I still have a lot of sleep recovery to do throughout my long holiday pt. 2 XD
So I know I should have posted this like 3 days ago but I only got to finish it a while ago. I made fish blowing bubbles UwU
Materials: Waterclor, pencil color, white acrylic marker
Duration: 2 hours but I couldn't work on it continuously
So I did have this going for me on watercolor 0and I was trying to build up the layers buttt the opacity kind of bothers me and IDK why?
I started the painting on an orange base thinking I would actually have the patience to layer it up but Boi was I wrong XD
Like.. I think by my blue and green layer, which was probably at my... 4th and 5th layer... ? I stopped counting layers at that point because my palette was getting really dirty and I was just thinking of cleaning my palette so I moved on with pencil colors XD
I did take another 2 or 3 layers to build up the colors and depth for this one because I still wanted it to look like it was in water
so this was about my 2nd pencil color layer and my last layer was for blending then highlighting ^^ my pastel yellow pen highlighter stopped working on me so I only had the acrylic marker to rely on. I drew some small bubbles here and there but focused on the really big ones and the fish. I feel like my priority for this prompt word was out of place in some ways but I reeeaaallyy like how my goldfish came out!
It's almost midnight here soooo I won't make this longer XD I just hope I can continue my activities and make progress with a lot of things I've been wanting to do, including job hunting. But for now, this is all from me tonight!
