En este día estaba en contra tiempo amigos, tratando de llevar el ritmo para compartir con ustedes más contenido y realmente pensando que no me iba a dar tiempo de compartirles mi participación en Splinterlands, pero me enfoque en terminar lo más pronto. Y para este concurso de la semana quería representar la carta de TWISTED JESTER mostrándolo con una sonrisa bastante perturbadora y dolorosa, ayudándome con brillos puntuales para darle ese realismo de unas heridas frescas algo de humedad. Este personaje tiene la boca como cosida, y al quitarle esos hilos quise reflejar esa sonrisa malvada y lúgubre. No tenía pensado hacer este estilo de dibujo sino un personaje femenino pero por el tiempo quise hacer un retrato representando esta carta, algo tenebroso para este fin. On this day I was against time friends, trying to keep up to share with you more content and really thinking that I was not going to have time to share my participation in Splinterlands, but I focused on finishing as soon as possible. And for this week's contest I wanted to represent the TWISTED JESTER card showing him with a rather disturbing and painful smile, helping me with occasional shine to give him that realism of fresh wounds with some moisture. This character's mouth is as if sewn, and by removing those threads I wanted to reflect that evil and gloomy smile. I didn't plan to do this style of drawing but rather a female character but due to time I wanted to make a portrait representing this letter, something scary for this purpose. Etapas del Dibujo/Drawing Stages

Para este boceto del delineado estuve utilizando la brocha tipo lápiz y seguí con la aplicación de la base de colores usando el método de normal de mezcla y la brocha tipo plano real, aplicando luego el contorno de los ojos y la boca para enmarcarla. Después fui matizando con la misma brocha y aplicando otras tonalidades ya que no quería un blanco en su rostro como tal. Quería reflejar su enojo, estrés y perversidad.

For this sketch of the eyeliner I was using the pencil type brush and I continued with the application of the color base using the normal blending method and the real flat type brush, then applying the contour of the eyes and the mouth to frame it. Later I was tinting with the same brush and applying other shades since I did not want a white on her face as such. I wanted to reflect her anger, stress and wickedness.

Fui definiendo un poco más y usando el difumino para agregar más imperfecciones, después en otra capa agregué color base a los dientes y fui agregando otros tantos y aplicando el difumino, borrando el color sobresaliente. Aqui me gusto que ya estaba empezando a tomar presencia, y me enfoque entoces en los labios en aclararlos un poco más, dandole más iluminación en ciertos puntos en otra capa que luego fui difuminando para integrar. Después fui recreando los ojos con el mismo método en la misma capa y Reforcé un poco más los puntos de brillos, en la misma capa usando la brocha plano real variando su grosor. Luego cambie el color de fondo y empecé a darle forma a la vestimenta en una nueva capa con el método de mezcla normal. En esta parte me sentía muy satisfecha con el resultado, ya que me preocupaba que no consiguiera una expresión de la boca bastante llamativa y perturbadora.

I was defining a little more and using the blender to add more imperfections, then in another layer I added base color to the teeth and I was adding as many others and applying the blender, erasing the outstanding color. Here I liked that it was already beginning to take shape, and I then focused on the lips to lighten them a little more, giving them more lighting at certain points in another layer that I later blurred to integrate. Later I was recreating the eyes with the same method in the same layer and I reinforced the points of brightness a little more, in the same layer using the real flat brush, varying its thickness. Then I changed the background color and started to shape the outfit on a new layer with the normal blend method. In this part I was very satisfied with the result, since I was worried that I would not achieve a rather striking and disturbing expression of the mouth.

Para esta etapa final termine el sombrero usando la misma brocha plano real y en otra capa aplique el método normal de mezcla. Fui dándole iluminación al fondo con el pincel tipo nube real y con su opacidad algo baja, después use el pincel tipo purpurina y el punto de brillos en una capa con método añadir de mezcla. Finalicé usando la capa con superposición y usando la brocha tipo plano real con una opacidad baja resaltando el rojo y algunas zonas sombreadas. Resalte el brillo de los ojos con el pincel tipo purpurina con una opacidad baja y también use el punto de brillo. Agregué más brillo a la boca y una gota sangrienta para darle más protagonismo y detalle a la boca en general ya que es lo más llamativo de este personaje que esconde una perversidad tras un gran un dolor que lo atormenta en su interior. A veces me conmueve este tipo de personajes malvados ya que tienen una historia dolorosa que los lleva a ser y tomar caminos perversos (cualquier parecido a la realidad es sólo coincidencia). For this final stage finish the hat using the same real flat brush and on another layer apply the normal blending method. I was lighting the background with the real cloud type brush and with its opacity somewhat low, then I used the glitter type brush and the shine point on a layer with the add blend method. I ended up using the layer with overlay and using the real flat brush with a low opacity highlighting the red and some shadow areas. Highlight the glitter on the eyes with the glitter brush with a low opacity and also use the glitter point. I added more shine to the mouth and a bloody drop to give more prominence and detail to the mouth in general since it is the most striking thing about this character who hides a perversity behind a great pain that torments him inside. Sometimes I am touched by these types of evil characters since they have a painful history that leads them to be and take evil paths (any resemblance to reality is just coincidence).
