Hi, everyone! I haven't been able to post for a while but I finished a few drawings these past few weeks! :>
One of them was my Ruined Sage piece. Honestly, I was actually really happy how this turned out especially since I didn't take forever to finish it. The hype over the release of the Ruined King: Viego from League of Legends reached my beloved Valorant.
As both games were created by Riot, Ruined Skins from League was accompanied by Ruination Skinline from Valorant! Looking at the League splash arts, I really really really wanted to try having my favorite agent from Valorant, Sage, that same edgy evil look. I was obsessed with the white hair and glowy thingies the theme had. Sage has this calm, kind, and composed character. Her voice lines in-game are the sweetest so I found her to be the most fitting to make a ruined version of as I thought it would have the most dramatic impact had she been corrupted by the Ruined King! Like, all lost is hope, kinda impact :>
I like dramatic stuff ;w;
Anywaysss, I got super excited over this idea and finished it in one sitting! (Yay) During this time, I was also made aware of how I'm still so afraid of using contrasting colors... And tackling dramatic light. So, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try new stuff :> I hope you like it as much as I did!
It's a very long shot but I imagined it to be a player card when I cropped it this way ;w; Maybe one day...

I usually don't have WIPs when I finish the piece within the day but sometimes I like to save it to view it on a different device. Sometimes, the varying screens help me see what I can change to improve the colors and overall composition :>
