One sunny day a man was walking along the beach. Suddenly a man saw a boy collecting starfish on the shore and throwing them into the sea. The man was very surprised. He looked around and saw that the whole shore was covered with starfish. There were thousands, maybe tens of thousands. Then the man was even more surprised and went to the boy to ask why he was doing all this.
Якось одного сонячного дня чоловік йшов вздовж берега моря. Раптом чоловік побачив як один хлопчик збирав морських зірок на березі та кидав їх у море. Чолові дуже здивувався. Він озирнувся і побачив, що морськими зірками встелений весь берег. Їх були тисячі, а може й десятки тисяч. Тоді чоловік здивувався ще більше і вирушив скоріше до хлопчика, щоб спитати для чого він все це робить.
"Hello, boy." What are you doing? - exclaimed the man.
- Good day. I collect starfish and return them to the sea, - the boy calmly answered and continued to do his job.
“But why are you doing this?” The man did not calm down. - I save them. The low tide can begin tomorrow and they will perish, - the boy explained.
- But there are millions of these stars here, you do it ** IN VAIN **. You can't save them all! Your help won't change anything for them, ”the man almost shouted.
"But for this star it will change," the boy held a shining starfish in his hands.
- Приівт, хлопче. Що ти робиш?, - вигукнув чоловік.
- Доброго дня. Я збираю морських зірок та повертаю їх в море, - спокійно відповів хлопчик та продовжив робити свою справу.
- Але навіщо ти це робиш?- не заспокоювався чоловік.
- Я їх рятую. Завтра може початися відлив і вони загинуть, - пояснивхлопчик.
- Але цих зірок тут мільони, ти робиш це ДАРЕМНО. Ти не зможеш врятувати їх всіх! Твоя допомога нічого для них не змінить ,- майже скрикнув чоловік.
- Але для ціє зірки змінить, - хлопчик тримав в руках блискучу морську зірку.
- Very rarely do we have the opportunity to do many good and good deeds at once. Our life consists of little things. Greatness is to be Great in the little things !!! *
Дуже рідко ми маємо можливість зробити відразу багато хороших та добрих справ. Наше життя складається з дрібниць. Велич полягає у тому, щоб бути Великим у дрібницях!!!
