Just like when growing up and started my basic school and we were asked what color does water have? We all kept shouting white from the first pupil at the first row and when the teacher moves over to the next person up till the last person in class at the last row, we all thought she just wanted us all to speak not knowing we actually got it wrong and that water is colourless.
Since then I begin to wonder, how is it colourless when all I can see is a white liquid flowing through or been filled in a container, jug, cup etc. Then I realize that some things may not just be the way or what we think it is.
Water denotes pureness, calmness, peace and can't be described totally or pinpoint on a certain attribute. The land gets comfort when water touches the land, and no human would dare make an enemy with water.
From the first picture above, I see a representation of someone who would stay true to themselves no matter how long it takes to get through to their destination.
It doesn't have to matter the number of challenges they have to conquer as long as there's a focus and a vision awaiting to be accomplished.
Yeah they may come across bushes, stones that may wanna hinder their flow but NO! They are unstoppable and nothing can stop the actualization of their dreams.
The process of flowing through those challenges, the behind the scenes of eventually being successful at the end may not give way for us to be seen yet for who we are or what we've been passing through but definitely the success story will show us without us having to explain much ourselves because all eyes are seeing it already.
Just like the dark side of where the water was coming from to the very spot where it started flowing to the drainage and shows the pureness (Not even with a single dirt).
This is my entry for the Freewriters community prompt on a picture with a thousand words and I'll be dropping my 🖊️ here.
