I present my participation this week in the ZapFic Short Story Contest, organized by @feel.buzz, with the support of the @freewritter community. Participating is fun as it is a great challenge to tell a story with so few characters. ¡You can, of course! I invite you to participate.

The Leo Setback
Heavy rain overflowed the levee, electricity failed in half the town. Leo would accept his new job via email. I couldn't find a network connection anywhere. He walked several streets. He insisted until he managed to send it.

El contratiempo de Leo
La intensa lluvia rebosó el dique, falló la electricidad en medio pueblo. Leo aceptaría su nuevo trabajo mediante un correo electrónico. No encontraba red de conexión en ningún lugar. Caminó varias calles. Él insistió hasta lograr enviarlo.
