Did you know that there are so many properties for sale out there that you won't be able to choose if you see them all? Lol.
It's true. As a seller (real estate agent) I even get overwhelmed if I don't have any focus project. What more if you have millions of money and you can just buy whatever you fancy?
It may sound like a good dilemma to some people but as a seller, it's not funny at all. 😜 Why? Again, there are too many properties out there, not just house and lots or townhouses but all sorts of real estate. You can't just put ads out for everything you wanna sell. Haha.
As a buyer, if you have the money you'll go crazy with all the things available in the market. 🤭 Even if you aren't a multimillionaire it'll be quite a frenzy having to choose from so many. But then a limited budget would definitely help make things easier. 😁
This post is because another client replied to my message saying he has a high end property for sale. Lol. I was trying to offer him something and yet he has his own villa to sell too. Well dang. 😂

Now we all know the abundance of something always makes us take things for granted. It applies to everything. Only when we lose it or temporarily not have that something do we realize how important it is or how lucky we are/were to have it.
There's also a phenomenon where having too many choices makes it harder for us to pick what we like. It's the same thing with properties. Unless you have something to limit you and let you do the process of elimination, it's a free for all. 😆
Like getting rich, there are many ways to earn money. We can all get rich depending on what we do, where we are or in whatever career we are in. It is not easy to be wealthy but there are plenty of ways to make money.
We can make money out of everything. The problem lies in which one do we focus on and prioritize. You may think it is easy to get rich but noooo. Even big or small time thieves and crooks will tell you how much effort they put into stealing and such.
Don't be fooled by the lure of easy money because, most certainly, it is a scam. If not then it is tainted with blood, you have to do something bad or it's money laundering.
Again, there are so many choices out there in order for us to make a living. We can be anything unless something limits us. Only then will we be able to make an easier choice in life.
I'm just trying to share my perspective on abundance because so many people seem to be unaware of it. Remember: We can't have everything.
There are things meant for us and those meant for others. Unfortunately the greedy think everything is for them and so they take too much. Guess who suffers because of it?
Ah humanity. Anyway that's all I can say about having too many choices. What do you think?

Many choices indeed but we should make a choice
Exactly. Lol. Otherwise nothing will happen.
To many choices have always left me feeling empty. I get the link you're making to having to much. Some people have everything and more and they still seem unhappy.
So yes the same goes for making a choice. How can you happily pick if there is 1000 options? Wat if you pick option 36 but 81 would make you more happy?
We need to limit options, choice and things. I'm not saying limit yourself in life, but find the balance between being overwhelmed by everything and making a well thought out pick.
