The cabin is alone
This booth is comfortable, for one person, with a chair, a transparent door and good lighting, and the employee receiving the call enjoys privacy and does not interfere with the rest of the office.
The booth is located at the end of a corridor that indicates a route to follow. You can even see the image of the telephone on the clean wall.
One of the employees says that no one likes to come in to receive calls because they are almost always bad news, the most common being from sick family members or those who have suffered an accident, even fatal ones.
The employee says that one day she received an emergency call in the booth, it was so impressive to receive the news that they took her out fainted and when she reacted she was in the first aid room of the company. For the employees, it is a joy to see the emergency call booth alone, because it means that everything is all right.

La cabina está sola
Llegué de visitante a una empresa modelo y una de las cosas que me llamaron la atención fue la cabina que tienen exclusiva para los empleados para ser utilizada en casos de emergencia, ya que no les permiten usar celular, éste los apartan de la atención del trabajo.
Dicha cabina es cómoda, para una sola persona, con una silla, puerta trasparente y buena iluminación, ademas el empleado que recibe la llamada goza de privacidad y no interfiere al resto de la oficina.
La cabina esta ubicada al final de un pasillo que indica una ruta a seguir. Incluso se puede observar la imagen del teléfono en la pared limpia.
Cuenta una de las empleadas que nadie le gusta entrar a recibir llamadas porque casi siempre son malas noticias, entre las más comunes de familiares enfermos, que han sufrido algún accidente, incluso con desenlaces fatales.
La empleada habla que un día recibió una llamada de emergencia en la cabina, fue tan impresionante recibir la noticia que la sacaron desmayada y cuando reaccionó estaba en la sala de primeros auxilios de la empresa. Para los empleados es una alegría ver la cabina de llamadas de emergencia sola, ya que eso significa que todo esta bien.
