This morning I just woke up determined to have a good day. I wanted to take the day steady. You know those days that you tell yourself, today I want to take life easy. Today will not be hard.
First my alarm rang like usual. Then the water decided to break. To calm everything down, I had enough fare transport to take me out throughout the day. Although our commuter brother was thinking that he would pity me, but he refused to reduce the price. As a normal slunk in our area, he said to me, my brother, no reduction for you.
I was surprised, but I wanted to be alone. But as I sat on the bus, mama went to my side. I tried to think, maybe life is not trying to stress me. Maybe it's just trying to give me that lesson to draw from this. Because if things were just soft, I wouldn't have to be tough.
If everything reduces here for my comfort, then I wouldn't be willing to grow or be willing to work hard in order to have more. Sometimes no reduction for you means you're already fulfilled with experience, the pressure or the uncomfortable moments. Those moments are the moment that shapes you so by the time you reach your destination, You can never be angry. I was motivated that day.
If life thinks I can handle all the price I have to pay, then it is truly worth it. This is my takeaway. When life says no reduction for you, you don't have to panic. It is a normal thing. Just be yourself. You cannot pay your bills by yourself. You think you're meant to be and that is just life.
