Does Not Correspond
On that fateful Friday, at the management meeting, Ade, the admin manager, was given employees' tax return data for the year under review. He is to audit and re-enter the audited data into the tax return database to facilitate the upload by the preceding Monday. Ade was also told how dicey manipulating figures could be and the consequences it might have on the business. He was also informed that there would be a reward for diligence and a consequence for negligence.
On hearing the bait of the reward, Ade accepted the deal and promised to do the job to the best of his ability. Everybody happily left the boardroom, and Ade kick-started the duty.
On Saturday, I received a call from Ade. He asked me a lot of questions about the task, which was quite unlike him. However, I did my best to provide him with further details beyond his asking and wished him the best.
On Monday, at the management meeting, the financial manager summoned Ade to submit the audited data. He delayed attending the meeting. That action raised eyebrows. Eventually, when he came, his data was so unkept.

The financial manager needs just a fragment of time to discover that it does not correspond with the employees' tax details. Immediately, Ade was issued a two-week suspension without pay in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

He would have just said he's not conversant with tax return and that would have saved him that shame and stress
