This week the prompt is "industry". I hope to be able to capture the essence of this simple but powerful word. I have included the link to this week's challenge in case you'd like to participate: If the WEEKEND is in sight it must be time for ZapFic50Friday! Write me a story in precisely 50 words!

Thank you @felt.buzz and the @freewritehouse Community for this writing exercise. As required in the rules. I have taken a screenshot of the word counter for this story.

I hope you like my story for this week's prompt:

Nolan needs emergency funds for unexpected home expenses.

He's approved and receives a short-term loan.

Nolan pays the overdue bills, feeling temporarily relieved.

The bank returns the loan payment as insufficient funds.

Nolan attempts to avoid the daily harassing collection calls.

He overlooked the loan contract's daily interest of 700%.

See you next time.

Thanks,
@clicks2cash

Getting emergency loan can be so worrisome to pay back, Nolan is facing difficulty, he should either buy with the little he has to avoid getting loans.

Hello @johnbenn. Yes, Nolan should consider other methods to pay for his expenses because the short-term loan will be more costly than the original debt.

Too many individuals land in trouble borrowing money to pay debts. Then can't make the debt payments. It's a vicious cycle to be a part of.

Thanks for sharing.

Hello @justclickindiva. You're absolutely correct. The cycle is very costly.
Thanks for your comment and support.
Take care.
