Teachers tell school and university students that the idea is to use initiative as a tool to solve problems, that is, as a quality of power, to find answers to situations that for some reason are not easy to solve.
As creative beings, to find points where we can have initiative, provides us with essential qualities that would facilitate us to enjoy socially more satisfactory relationships, since we will always have the possibility to propose strategies that facilitate the resolution of conflicts.
For example, using our initiatives will help us in the family, social and even in the world of work and in any aspect of our daily lives, because we can take advantage of opportunities to be creative.
