I got my massage the other day. It has been awhile since I had a massage. My back must have a lot of tension.
Of course the conversations are good too. Desiree and I mentioned getting the wrong numbers. Then I mentioned that the Postman sometimes gives me mail from someone on the same street, and his first name happens to be David, but a different last name of course.
Well we talked of how I had a Medicare nurse come to my house, but before she came to my house, she when to the same guy that has the same first name, but his street number is 2537 and my street number is 2437.
Well, this nurse is in that guys house and she probably ask if he was David, and of course he would say, Yes, and this guy would be old enough to be on Medicare too. So he probably thought, that is how things are now days.
Until she asked, how do you say your last name again, and his last name is not the same as my last name, so she go and calls me, she tell me she is in the house of a David, but a different last name.
I say, Oh you are at his house, she says, Oh you know the guy? I tell the nurse I usually get his mail and I go and walk down the street to give him his mail.
So she leaves his house and finally get to my house. So once at my house I find that my blood pressure is too high, but I don't want to take medicine.
So I tell, Desiree that I started walking again. I started walking when I first turn 65 years old and I just kept on increasing the distance that I walk, but the bad part of that is that if I walk too much my left foot starts to hurt.
Well, when my left foot started hurting, I stopped walking. But now I see that my blood pressure is up, I have to do something about it. I even stopped taking my blood pressure since before I kept it within range.
Well I guess, I still have a way to go, but I will walk, but try not to walk too much. So I told Desiree that I do walk, but I just circle around a 2 block area and then I end up at my house. At least I have my pedometer on my phone, so that adds to my steps.
We also talked about Bitcoin. I mentioned to Desiree that Bitcoin keep going up, on the long run that is. Like for the last 4 years, Bitcoin has been going up about 60 percent a year for the last for years.
Well, 60 percent a year increase is a good deal, it beats the S&P 500 in the same time period.
I also mentioned to Desiree, if she doesn't want to buy Bitcoin, she can buy stocks that are involved with Bitcoin, like MicroStrategy Incorporated, with ticket symbol MSTR. It's current price as I write is $360.62.
I also mentioned a Hemp extract company that are now planning to copy MSTR. This company is called, Leef Brands Inc. with a ticket symbol of LEEEF. I told Desiree, it is a penny stock, it's current price as I write is $0.1320.
I told Desiree of another company called, MARA Holdings, Inc., it is a Bitcoin mining business, that are now planning on keeping Bitcoin on their asset holdings. Their current price is $18.15. Also their ticket symbol is MARA.
Desiree and I talked of these things and several others.
Desiree gave me a good relaxing massage, I also told her I would send her information on those stocks.
