I agree, but at the end you should try and reduce those. Even if it takes time, its worth it

Low temp ... I definitely prescribe late breakfast, but, check with your doctor!
That was not my temp, it is my weight. I try to gain but it does not happen.
Oh ... whole different situation ... I have a friend for whom it took a whole 10 years to put on six pounds and finally make 100 ... it's not the struggle that gets the most attention around weight, but it is a struggle...
I have been trying to gain weight for many years, it does not matter what or how much I eat it does not happen. Yes, the struggle is real.
