Power lines should be kept high for the safety of the people, although i have not seen a low power line. So far so good, the power lines i have seen is so high i can measure the distance but i get conscious of staying clear because accidents can happen at any time, so its best to be safe. With time and the current rise in technology, power lines, wires will soon be done away with, we will no longer have need for them.
