The exercise ball, otherwise called stability ball is used in the gym and suitable for home use too, it helps improve balance. I was surprised when i was told even pregnant women can make use of this ball, it really helps them. While i was searching for an image to use, majority of the images i found were women related. It would seem like a woman's exercise than a man, thinking about it though, they need it more than men do. Basically, men have balance than women.
