A bowel obstruction (blockage) is when food and liquids can't move through your intestines (gut). It can be caused by many things, most commonly tumours such as bowel cancer, or other health conditions, such as hernias and adhesions.source
The bowel blockage is not a good thing, the pain and agony caused by the blockage is much. I cannot imagine how a person will feel passing through something like this.
But I think with the rise in technology, these things will have a quick solution.
