Fear is a terrible state to live in, always in haste, suspecting everyone who walks across the street, always full of anxiety, and constantly looking over your shoulders. The fear of fear is even more intense, having a notch that fear is imminent but hoping it does not have a grip on you. You can mostly overcome fear in the mind because they are mostly wrong evidences, things that are yet to happen, assumptions which might never see the light of day. It is good to take things one step at a time. Those things that terrify you will end up being your a good turning point in your life if you can just patiently handle the situation more politely. Living in constant fear is horrific, no one deserves to live like that. Be bold and live your life in peace...
