There is something I do when I was a kid, I calculate where I purchase things. The idea is to purchase something from a familiar face, I get reductions when I do this. Sometimes, I get extra commodity instead. Since I figured it out, I really enjoyed discounts through this method.
There's no reduction for just a random passerby, they pay the price they are meant to pay. Some folks try talking their way out for a reduction.
I am not usually concerned when I do not get a reduction in price, I just go with the flow.
