Looking back at my life,
I still find regrets.
Heaped by choices I made in a rush,
choices driven solely by emotions.
Looking back at the year,
I noticed the thread is almost through
and I can proudly say that i've learnt and grown.
Time has taught me time and time again,
in and out of season,
through the twelve heaves of months
that what is is what you let happen.
And for that i'm grateful to 2022.
I only pray I don't forget this lesson.
