Tolu and the boys were in high school. It was a boarding school and the boys were not allowed to go outside school. However, the boys were very stubborn. They refused to heed to instructions. Tolu and Timi followed the other older boys to a night party. They jumped the school fence in order to see the world outside school. They attended the party with the junior girls. On coming back to school in the morning, they were caught. The gatekeeper caught them flying over the fence but he refused to speak up uñtil morning. The school principal ordered that the boys be brought to the assembly ground. He was surprised to see Tolu among them. "Tolu, are you one of them?" the principal asked. "Yes, I am. You can do whatever you want to do to me." Tolu answers rudely. "Ah!" the other student shouted. "So? I'm not afraid of being flogged or persecuted." he said. As a result of this, he was flogged mercilessly and suspended from school.
