Dear friends
In places where the four seasons are enjoyed, the summer time is a relief for people since at this time enjoy a splendid sun, a warm temperature and also their vacations both school and work. Despite these benefits, the famous summer rain always appears in a sudden way, sometimes causing havoc as it could be of strong intensity, with the consequent danger of floods and landslides that affect tourist locations.
In Venezuela, where I live, we only enjoy two seasons, the dry and the rainy, since we cannot speak of the famous summer rain but of a "heavy downpour".

Lluvia de verano

En los lugares donde se disfrutan las cuatro estaciones, el tiempo de verano es un alivio para las personas ya que en esta época disfrutan de un sol espléndido, una temperatura cálida y también de sus vacaciones tanto escolares como laborales. A pesar de estos beneficios, las famosas lluvias de verano siempre aparecen de forma repentina, provocando en ocasiones estragos ya que pueden ser de fuerte intensidad, con el consiguiente peligro de inundaciones y deslizamientos de tierra que afectan a los lugares turísticos.

En Venezuela, donde vivo, solo disfrutamos de dos estaciones, la seca y la lluviosa, ya que no podemos hablar de la famosa lluvia de verano sino de un "fuerte aguacero".
