Part 2
The afternoon sun was slowly setting in the western sky. The entire village seemed to have taken on a different look in the golden light. Farmers were busy harvesting rice in the fields, children were playing in the dust of the fields. But Rahat's mind was filled with a strange silence today. That moment in the morning had stirred a storm inside him.
He was sitting in the courtyard of the house, looking at the sky. Suddenly, from the courtyard of the neighboring house, he heard the sweet melody of Tanya singing. There was a kind of magic in her voice, which made it seem as if even the sky had stopped.
Rahat listened in amazement, every word sinking deep into his chest. As soon as the song ended, he was startled. It seemed that he had an unspoken relationship with Tanya. Yet, nothing had been said between the two of them. Just a few glances, some silent moments, but that silence seemed to tell a thousand stories.
As evening fell, the lights on the pond in the village lit up. The girls came to draw water from the well, the boys sat down and started chatting. Rahat also went there at the call of his friend. But his mind was elsewhere, only looking for Tania.
Suddenly, he saw Tania drawing water by the pond. There was a crowd around, yet everything became silent to Rahat. Only he and Tania, the others seemed invisible.
Tania raised her eyes once and looked. Within a moment, the silent conversation began again. But today there was a kind of hesitation in her eyes. It seemed that she wanted to say something, but then stopped again.
Rahat boldly stepped forward, but her legs seemed to be shaking. Suddenly, Tania's friend called from behind, "Come on, it's getting late." Tania quickly took the pitcher and moved away, without saying anything.
Rahat stood still. It felt like someone had torn something from his chest. His heart felt heavy. He understood that the more beautiful the beginning of love, the more scary it is. Because here, as there is joy, there is also the fear of loss.
That night, Rahat could not sleep. Sitting by the window, he started writing his diary in the moonlight,
Today changed me. That morning's vision, that afternoon's song, and that unknown dilemma of the evening... All together, it feels like I am drowning in an unknown sea. I don't know where it will take me. But one thing is certain, this story can only have one name... Only for you.
