So one time in my school, my students were fond of a particular habit which was against the school's rules and regulations.
As their teacher, I had warned them about it several times and even threatened to punish them in accordance to the school policy.
This habit persisted without significant improvement in their behavior. Some group of students were fond of this.
Among the students who were fond of these was my neighbor's child. The boy literally felt because he knew me from home he could misbehave and not get punished when caught.
On this faithful day the teachers teamed up for a routine and thorough inspection. The culprit were apprehended and brought before the school's disciplinary committee.
The principal ordered for all of them to be punished. They all pleaded for a mild punishment saying it was their first time.
My neighbor's child also came pleading. Thinking I would reduce the punishment for him.
I boldly told him, " no reduction for you"
You must serve you complete punishment.
