Hello Everyone! Today's a new day and I had what's possibly the best run of my life.

Like the past Sunday, I decided to go for a morning run in the sun of my town and I have to say, It went great!

At first, I was fearful. I could have gone for a run yesterday in the afternoon but I ended up spending time with friends. However, I decided to go to sleep early to run in the morning.

A light breakfast, a shake, and a refreshing shower were my preparation for running (Obviously coupled with the right stretching), but I still felt the overload on my calves from Friday's Leg Day and Wednesday's Run.

Then I began to overthink and became indecisive. But one thing I have taught myself in the last year is that you will regret more the things you don't do than those you do. So, I put on my shoes, began warming up, and finally, went for that run.

At first, the heaviness and tightness in my calves were the main source of pain, but as I continued, I got used to It and all went smoothly.

From my cardio (I never felt tired or had to breathe from my mouth) to never feeling bloated from overeating for breakfast or drinking too much water, I felt pretty content with my results.

Even If I didn't have the best rhythm, I felt proud and I even had an endorphin high (That's what I call when I feel really happy after finishing a hard workout) that made me have a great start to my day.

That being said, now I know that once you get used to something, you can excel easily If you're dedicated to improving. That and that running is pretty good for your health and your mood.

I encourage you to practice running/walking even If It's for fun, and to share with me If you have any running advice or experiences.

Thank you for your support and good luck!
