I don't write poetry,
I make love with my words,
that's how selfish I am,
that's how I feel it in my veins.
They are kisses in every rhyme,
whispers that dance and play,
my verses are caresses,
my heart, their orchestra.
The stanzas are my skin,
each stanza is a heartbeat,
a cry in the darkness,
a shared sigh.
Selfishness is the driving force
of my pen in battle,
the letters that dance fluidly
are love that does not explode.
In every verse without end,
there is an echo of longing,
I don't just write, I am going to love,
my poetry is hope.
